How come I can no longer post any pictures to this site or the WIScuba site? there some kind of base2 failure- or something like that? ???

Sorry gents, the problem is fixed. The sites were moved over to a new system a couple weeks ago and some little items remain.
How do you get a picture down to a size you can post?
One picture I wanted to post is 875KB, 1267x868 pixels and I can't find anything on the programs on my computer to shrink it.
I have Kodak Easy Share, Microsoft Picture It, and Dell Picture Studio.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have a photo resizer program. I don't remember where it came from but it was free. maybe try a google search for it.

Hey Fred-
Iwas able to make that link earlier but it pulled up a string of my flikr files as opposed to the one photo i wanted shown...i will work on flikr to fix the problem
