I am looking to start up a workout group consisting of divers interested in keeping in shape for diving. This would include any activity that is beneficial for staying in peak shape for scuba diving: Whether that be hiking,biking,running,jogging,cardio,weight training,etc. I am personally a member of the YMCA and am posting this thread to any divers who may be interested in an organized group that meets regularly.
