When would be a good time to hold such an event? I was thinking if we aren't planning on diving we could do it in September. Should we take a pole on who would be intrested? That might be the first place to start. The pot luck thing sounds like it is a very good idea so I think we should go with that for the food. We could hold it at a city park. That way it would be central for all. Any ideas? We should set a firm date in the near future if we are going to do this. That way we can get a park shelter, and people can mark it in on their calendars.
