Well, I suited up and got wet at Lac Lavon late last summer for a Project Aware clean-up dive sponsored by Scuba Daddy's and the Dakota County Sheriff's Dept... but I wouldn't say I actually dove the lake. We entered from the West side and between ZADS of weeds and the fact that the West end MAYBE makes it to 10feet here and there, we never really got down (terrible vis anyway). I didn't log the exercise. On a positive note, our group yanked a lot of garbage out of and from around the lake!
Rumor has it that there's a crane in the lake that you can dive on. I don't know the details.

I have heard that there are a couple of deep spots. I think I might give it a try, it is 5 minutes from my house and would be sweet if it was descent.

Here's an old thread that has some info from JoelW. Doesn't sound like a particularly good dive site. :-\
