If you're DPV certified, take a Silent Submersion for a spin around Lake Wazee! This scooter has 10 speeds and tops out at 4mph with a burn time of 1.5 hours. Also, it's neutral on the surface and at depth, is rated down to 400 feet (they've been down to 600 feet), and it handles effortesly.
