In March I purchesd (from a local dive shop ;D) my first underwater camera. The reefmaster dig. with external flash I took it to Aruba with me for it first time out I made 16 dives in 7 day almost all of my 450+ pic turned out perfict I would on my limited experians recomend this camera to a first time buyer

if some one could explain how to inset a pic i would be very thank full

What do you mean by "inset"?  Do you a picture inside a picture like on a television?
