Grumpie, while it was sad to see that another swimmer has drowned in LAKE NOKOMIS I was impressed with how quickly the PSD resuce divers in Hennepin County recovered the man.
The site was secure, roped off, wittness's separated, life guards all gathered, but not talking to each other, the friends and family of the victim were comforted by the fast recovery, you and your team should be highly commended for doing such a great job.
I am familiar with that part of the beach area off from the roped swimming area. Its gets bad and deep fast there.
I know you can't talk about it... but I wonder if alcohol was involved.
