In the past there has been posting from members on poor customer service from local dive shops. I would like to relay this story about a local shop that went above and beyond in service.
Last week while on vacation on a cruise ship I realized that I had forgot my C card at home, this only happened after I booked by dive trip on Aruba for
($300.00). well from the ship I called UNDERWATER SCHOOL OF AMERICA in Long Lake. within minutes the shop faxed a temporary card to the ship and I was able to complete my dive.
it is this kind of service that UNDERWATER SCHOOL OF AMERICA does on a regular basis, both my son and I have been certified at this shop and my other son's will also attend training here. they are loyal to there customers and I will continue to be loyal to them.
