Just thought I'd relay something I experienced again in mex over the corels and in the cenote with my long blades. They work so well with such little movement. I could go out over the shallow reefs against the current where the water was breaking and without using a full kick but a quick flutter kick with maybe 3" at most of travel, while moving my legs in a stiff legged fashion, I could really MOVE. They are excellent for narrow swim throughs, because if your body can get through without touching the corels your fins won't touch either. 'Course, in the swim throughs speed comes in handy because I'm sometimes thinking I should get back to the surface for a breath of fresh air. Smile Same kick only slower worked well in the cenote, cruising down and out of the cavern I was able to move without silt stirring. I like my long blades....
