I'm looking for a video of a low head dam accident in new york state call a drowning machine. Its a video of a rescue team trying to rescue a person that went over a dam and 4 rescuers drown in the attempt. it turns out that it was only a life vest moving around in the boil. if i can get a copy i will be glad to show it and we can talk about Winona MN.
