Just saw an article in the StarTribune yesterday. It was claiming that due to a wet autumn, early ice cover, and heavy snowfall on the east and south side, that the water level should be up 10 inches over last year. Still about 7 inches from typical. Maybe the boats will be able to return to their home port this spring
