The reason for the recall is a printing error. All that is wrong with the tables that have this error is that the 35' and 40' depth charts in table 1 are missing the shading in the W pressure group. The blue lines on every other line also do not continue through the shaded areas of the table. There is nothing wrong with the numbers.
It has now been discovered that some of the numbers are wrong in the residual nitrogen area on table three. Some of the messed up tables have the numbers wrong, some don't.
