August 4-8 I went along as the Owatonna Dive clubs annual camping/family/dive trip.  Water temp was 70 degrees not to bad.  First dive was the Finn McCool.  This ship was close to shore near Bayfield.  Saw a huge walleye swiming by the engines.  If the waters low enough it will stick out of the water.  I stood on the deck and my upper half was out of the water.  Than we went North of Bayfield and dove the H.D. Coffinberry, this ship was abandoned with no lives lost, part of ship is on shore, other in 6 feet of water.  Many ships you could see by kayaking or snorkeling.  Next to this ship was the Ottawa, than another ship called Fedora also is partially sticking out of the water.  All cool wreck, all shallow with good visabilitly.  We stayed at the Red Cliff campground north of Bayfield, great time.
