these strong south winds may have messed things up a bit.. didn't go in this past weekend so can't say what things are like now, but they haven't been TOO bad considering all the rain and winds. There's so many decent lakes in the area a person should be able to find fair water easily... Paul, Little and West McDonald, there is always Six and Seven (Scalp) but those two were actually a bit messed up the last time I was there.. not bad, but not great either. I was at the shore of W.McDonald this past weekend and it looked crystal clear there.. but no idea what it was like out and about. A few weeks ago I had about 12' or so ~20' but down in the hole the LED light only penetrated the darkness about 2 feet.
