when i was diving in lake Michigan, my bigblue 500 lumen dive light's switch stopped working. i emailed the company and sent it back in... got a brand new light in less than a week.
overall its been a great divelight.
i have no complaints about dealing with bigblue.
to me, even if i didnt get a new light out of the deal, i was at least happy i got replies and found contact info easily.
as for other companies, i've had much worse service, waterproofusa put me on hold for over 10 minutes before i hung up, and they haven't answered my email in over a week... really dis-inclined to get silicone seals from having to chase them down.
anyway, i thought id let some people know my experience in case you consider dealing with either company.
