The Two Harbors Breakwall is closed off to the public this summer for renovations to the boat landing and parking lot. They have it all fenced off even over to the other parking lot to the Breakwall. They put a temporary boat landing in Burlington Bay over by the city campground. Looks like it may take them awhile to complete the project.
