Just got back from a week in Bonaire and I've edited together some dive footage I took. We managed 20 dives over five days. The best was diving under the Salt Pier which used to be off limits for divers without permit or guides. Amazing fish life there.

are you saying you don't need a permit to dive there or are required to dive with a divemaster on the pier anymore?????
