the dive at Lake Elmo was okay. Vis is about 5-8 feet i think the lakes are still turning. Water temp was 34 degrees at 42feet. Not bad if your in a drysuit. The dock is out at the boat launch and i had no problems with the Park Rangers or the Police. Park Ranger drove by when i was gearing up and waved to me. Give the lake one week and it should have 12+ feet vis. the rules at Lake Elmo is no swimming in the boat launch, you might get yelled at if they catch you in the boat launch. there are no other rules for scuba diving.Thanks Jason
