Short notice but all are welcome - buddy of a buddy lost a pair of $500.00 glasses in Coon Lake while tubing. Offering lunch just for looking and reward if found.
They have 3 boats - a 17', a 15' and one other, (not sure of size) to transport divers - they locked in the GPS location within 50' from what i'm told. I did tell them with that wide a search area that the prognosis is not good - they know and are happy we are going to give it a shot.
I'm just happy to dive a new local lake : )
Lost in about 23' of water - clarity estimated by topside view is about 3-5' - also claims they were lost in a sandy bottom - might by some weeds in that area as well.
Meeting up in Blaine at 1:00 pm this Sunday then heading to Coon Lake
