interesting story.
not much on the web. i just overheard this story from someone close to the story.
this guy escaped by drifting down stream in scuba gear. and was never found until he turned him self in.
same guy that dove down under a ship pulling a fire hose behind, and went in thru the hole in the bulkhead. fought a fire for hours by himself and singlehandedly saved hundreds of sailors by hosing down missiles on fire.
there is supposed to be a book coming out on this.
