I went on the site to pick up a sweat shirt that is on sale. When I went to check out it showed the regular price. Is the sale over and has not been updated or are the sweat shirts still on sale?

Looks to me like the sale ended... I have no control over it unfortunately. It's showing up correctly on my browser, maybe it's cached? Try emptying your cache and see if it updates for you.
