It's maintained by Dave Sutton who has all kinds of neat toys - including a russian DPV (Protei - 5) that I'm secretly trying to get to enter into the DPV race in Sept. 04.

I found this web site a couple of years ago. This guy is a dentist whose hobby is to design, build, and test his own rebreathers (using mostly hardware store materials). I don't recommend trying this at home, but the web site has some hilarious reading ;D
