Question for the day - grumpie - 11-17-2006 The actual physical cause for decompression illness ( DCI) is. a. dehydration and cold water b. heavy exertion before diving. c. heavy exertion after diving. d. bubble formation and growth. Re: Question for the day - corndogg2 - 11-17-2006 Is this a trick? I would say D. A, B, and C contribute to D. But D is the actual cause of DCS. Right? What do I win and where do I pick it up? Re: Question for the day - DiverQueen - 11-18-2006 The "actual physical cause" is D, but A and C are contibuting factors.
