My other joke - NETim - 02-07-2010
An elderly couple, though advanced in years, still managed to live at home despite the fact that each was a little senile.
One night the old man said, "You know, some ice cream would be good right now."
His wife told him she would go get it. "Fine, but you'd better write it down. You'll forget."
She assured him she wouldn't and headed for the kitchen.
"Throw some chocolate syrup on it while you're at it," he added. "But you'd better write it down. You'll forget."
"No I won't" and she started back for the kitchen.
"Throw some peanuts on it too! But write it down, that's three things, you'll forget!"
Exasperated, she retorted, "NO I won't!"
A little while later she came back and handed him a plate.
"Here's your bacon and eggs."
He looked at it and looked back at her, "Where the hell's the toast?"
