Stop messing about with flashbangs and get me the graphic for the trophy's.

If you keep messing about I'm going to have them printed in reverse order so we are on top.

Curious, who did do deepest ice this winter? Joe and I did the wicked wreck of the sidewheeler, must be in the low 60s.

My deepest was on the sternwheeler at 50 ft.  paired up with a gal from Wisconsin.  I didn't include that dive in with the anchor challenge.  It was just a fun dive/ wreck dive.

here is my idea for ART. i just realized I need to revise this. also think it would pop more with dark eyes. and perhaps a more minimalistic look of just a head coming out of the hole

what do you think?

If we could get Big C to draw us up something it would be golden.  Just look at his avatar that he drew.

OK, back the truck up! I think that truck was full of reality and the G-men just missed it!

The official divers entered in this challenge were:
John with 50 anchors
Nate with 41 anchors
This should total 91 anchors where I come from, Right? let me know when you have that much figured out.

Steve with 40 anchors
Terry with 34 anchors
Joe with 16 anchors
This should be 90 anchors where I come from also. Were there that many snow days when you guys went to school, that you can not figure out the simple math on that one?

This was an individual contest based on the most anchors pulled by each diver, and the most bottom time for each diver. Now if you want to go by that original initiative then the numbers don't lie. Both categories were won by individuals that just so happen to live in Isanti County. Now if you want to add more categories, and see if you can save some face trying that... why don't you make it fun like: Who had the most festive dry suits. Or who was more miserable for the last 4 months. Or who found the longest rope attached to an anchor. Or who found the rustiest anchor. Or blah, blah, blah.

Now ScubaFreek864 did not enter the challenge until after Jan 1st (Feb 26th in fact) and its a good thing because he would have kicked your a$$ too.

Here is a PDF file showing the search pattern that Team Isanti used to ensure that there were no anchors left behind. We did not invest our valuable weekends going willy nilly like a young hunting dog looking through the tall weeds. There is and was a method to the madness. The search pattern shown was 12 1/2' intervals for use in lakes with 14' of viz or better. When the viz was only 8' we would use 6' intervals and the lineal footage swam by each diver went up dramatically.

Ok, I'll do it for you John. Your the only one getting a plaque. Nate put in the same time as you and he gets nothing for 2nd in ether category! I suppose if you want to do that to your buddy it saves me the trouble and cost.

I'm only printing the anchor count so just 1st place and just you.

Our numbers include team, official or not, they were on our team just as Art WAS on yours. Were nice guys, we didn't chase away guys like Robert or Tulli so we could keep everything ourselves.

I know your were training but if I had to swim that pattern all year, I would have found reasons not to dive.

Re: TRINITY'S 1st Annual 2010/2011 Icing/ Anchoring Challenge - Terry - 03-31-2011

Thats right Steve, John won this thing fair and square, he would have done even better if it wasn't for Nate always holding him back, always having to be warm, what a softy. John you take all that glory, you enjoy it, you'll be known as the guy from Isanti County, who rode off like a mounty, with a trail of anchors as bounty,,,,,hang on, let me get back on track. John just for the record you dint need to give the G-men any beat down, I mean I date a 100% Irish gal, I KNOW a tongue lashing when I'm getting one, I mean just the other night Molly was in one of those moods, well I'll spare you guys the gruesome details. Now as far as Steve and Young Joe go, they dont know anything about their gals giving them any lip, they just tell their respective gals there going icing and will return, when, there good and ready, and their gals gleefully smile and say, "OK, I'll have a warm bath and nice hot dinner waiting for you, love puppy!" and give them a big kiss, I coundn't believe it, but I've seen it happen. Oh, but an Irish gal, thats another deal altogether.
So John dont you let a first place looser like Nate try to steal your thunder, you savor it, you let it build up, then you use that big thunder to blast you right off into the sunset, you earned it, buddy!          TRINITYIS
