Ice Dive at Cove Bay, Mille Lacs on 1-17-2015
Shooter and I went diving at Mille Lacs on Saturday. The bottom was 36 degrees and the air temp was at 32, but the wind was about 25-30 MPH at times and overcast. There wasn't much snow... about a 50/50 mix of no snow and drifts. The viz was about 20'-25' but kinda milky. There was a pressure ridge with a bridge at the mouth of the bay that needed to be moved after we went across it. Here is a video clip of the underwater portion of the day:

nICE video, ice doesnt seem that thick on mille lacs.... i got 4 dives i gotta edit then ill have some cabo video

Thanks Joe, The ice was 26" thick on Mille Lacs a week and a half ago, and 20" on Green Lake on Saturday. Looking foreward to seeing your videos.
