I can't vouch for it's validity, but it looked neat.
If someone disagrees, please post so we'll know. I understand this may not be for every instance, but more in a general sense.

I know the info for Cocos island is not very accurate. The best diving there is between May and October. That chart indicates that is some of the worst.
