Now What?

I just finished my open water diver and got certified but now I don't know what to do. What I mean is, I'd like to go diving all over but I don't own the equipment yet and none of my friends dive (the cowards ;-))<br><br>What do you do?<br><br>Can I rent the equipment from somewhere?<br><br>I am now hooked on diving and I need a pointer or three.<br><br>Thank you.<br><br>This is a really cool site BTW

scubadave, first keep asking questions and seeking answers from the forum.  You will find experienced and helpful divers here.<br><br>You can rent equipment from any dive shop in the cities.  Check out the local shop section.  Many shops will rent you all the equipment you need for the entire summer for a set price.<br><br>Finally, get out and start diving as much as you can to build experience.  Just watch the diving get togethers to see who is going out.  Let the people in the group know that you would like to join.  Then dive!
