Well Fred, you were right! ;D

I Just got back from trying out my new Elios suit and it is the warmest thing I have ever worn. I am also now convinced that the smooth skin outer coating IS faster in the water. I never even wore my vest, just the waist high pants that I ordered with the suit.

Since I got open cell on the inside I was very warm, but took my time getting into the suit. The whole thing is so stretchy that I could feel myself taking bigger breaths- which my last suit inhibited without me ever realizing it.

I have know for some time now that freediving wetsuits are much warmer than SUCBA diving wetsuits, but a full custom 6mm is just phenomenal!

I was in for more than 2 hours, water temps were 40 degrees form top to bottom, and I never got cold- just a little bored after a while.
