It's a quote from Jason Baker that came from one of the threads on the board here on equipment configuration. Basically, it's a fun little jab at those who do not streamline their gear configuration and hence resemble a Christmas Tree...LOL
 Example, like BC's with loads of D-rings, clips, accessories dangling off etc...
