Cheap dive travle??????

Not bad for air and lodging, where is the lodging at I have seen some good prices and bad lodging. Now lets add about $400.00 for food and beverages, and lets take a real low side on dive operator of $275.00 for a week of 2 tank dives and now $75.00 for transportation and you have a total of $1450.00 I have seen a few trips ie; Blackbeards, Lost Island Voyages which would be $1200 or less with air. Or drive and camp the Keys or even head out and hit areas in the US I think I saw a while back someone did that.

I haven't checked any further on the hotels....Bad hotels would make my non-diving wife, ergo me, unhappy!

Cheap diving travel seems to be a hot topic this winter. You can easily spend $1500 on a live aboard or diving Cozumel, which doesn't seem that cheap. Not all dive shop all inclusive trips are expensive; we're leading a Florida River Trip that includes an SDI cavern certification for only $1099. This trip includes air fare, rental car, air fills, hotel, guides, certification and all processing fees, daily dive fees, and manatee snorkeling fees. The only thing you need to provide is food, which is extremely inexpensive in that part of the country. This section of Florida always has unlimited visibility and the diving is different than anything you see in the tropics. Who would have thought Florida could offer so much? Tell me more, I have been looking at cozumel but the best I have done is around 800.00 for a 5 day trip.
