dear local dive shops,
please do not harvest email addressess from this site and send me your spam. I have a rule to never buy from telemarketers or spamers.

I agree with you Jim. I would hope that our local dive shops would email their newsletters and emails only to those that have subscribed to them. If you do not want spam from shops keep in mind that you can hide your email address from public view on this site under your profile options. I would highly recommend doing that as if you have it publicly viewable it won't only be dive shops that can send you spam email. Remember members can still contact you via private message and you can get an automatic email sent to your email address notifying you that you have received a private message on mnscuba.com.
