We dove with Aquatech at Villas DeRosa in Akumal. 
Tony and Nancy DeRosa have been cave diving FOREVER.  The staff at Aquatech have been there exploring the caves since before this became the "tourist" thing to do.  Some of their staff have gone on to be leaders in the cave diving community here in the states.  Having dove with them multiple times I can HIGHLY reccomend them.  They have also picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry dock when staying in Cozumel.
