Lots of good information here. At SeaYa Diving basically everything we sell we have in rental so people can try items before purchasing them. I am sure other local dive shops do the same and have gear you could "try before you buy." Most everything you will purchase will have some "pro's and con's" to it compared to other styles and other brands. You need to try gear and decide what you like. P-values are great, best $70 I've ever spent on dive gear.

The one self entry I wore, TLS350, was cut bigger around the chest and I didn't like it. The same suit in shoulder entry is cut lean and it was awesome to dive.
Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.
