You know, when I used to ride the jetskis all the time, I started carrying a collapsable fishing pole because at all the landings the fishermen hated me... until I opened up the pole and started fishing off the dock... all of a sudden we had something in common. I was then able to explain that I caught fish all the time off the jetski.. and I'd tell them it seemed to attract the fish Wink

. Maybe that's why they don't like jetskis or divers, we attract the fish...(geez, did I just figure it out?) I sure attracted fish the other day when I was in Lake Seven.

As with any statute If it is state or regulated by the Feds a town, city, county etc. can make the requirerments more stiff but can't make them less
