I just checked several times on how my uploads/downloads were doing. I use Verizon wireless broadband access. Sometimes seems slow:

That seems pretty good for a wireless connection. I use comcast although I wouldn't if I had another choice. This computer is not plugged into the router but it is after the Vonage adapter and the router on a 802.11n link. The direct connection is probably a bit faster.
