ROTFLMAO ;D Blackened seasoning usually works best when the fillets are grilled. I have been known to mix some in the batter. Since we already bring the turkey cooker to heat up water, it makes it easier to deep fry them. Blackened (Zatarins) grouper on the grill is my favorite! |
