Re:Tuesday night dive?
Hmm...well, I just talked to Scott at Air Down There Scuba. He dove McCarron's a week or so ago. I guess the viz was pretty bad. He recommended Lake Josephine on Lexington instead which was better for viz I guess. Anyone interested in switching to that lake? It's still in Roseville and only a couple miles away from McCarron's. If I don't hear back from everyone before tonight we'll just meet at McCarron's as planned and discuss it over there tonight.
Here is a map for Josephine.

Lonnie,
Map indicates lake is pretty shallow - max depth in center of large side of lake is a bit over 30ft - most of lake is a lot less.
And the topo data is from 1923!!!! Over 80 yrs, my guess is that the lake is a lot shallower now.
McCarron has a pretty good area at 50ft, but if viz is $#*!, its probably a toss-up.
An option - postpone and go to the SD&T dive tomorrow evening?
What do you think?

Good point Dan. I was planning on going to the SD&T fun dive at Square tomorrow night anyway. I think I'll pass on the dive tonight.
