21st Annual Treasure Dive

This is the big one!
The Treasure Dive takes place each year on the Sunday before Memorial day (May 18th this year). This event is open to all certified divers and is a great time for all.
Buddy teams search a defined area of Square Lake looking for numbered bricks and money! Each brick number corresponds to a prize. Divers who do not find a brick are entered in a seperate prize drawing.
Everyone is invited to a post-dive picnic and all participants receive an event t-shirt. Bring the family along for the picnic and games for the kids. We've had a couple of requests for info. about the Treasure Dive. This event is open to all divers.
*Any skill level is welcome. Each year we have divers who have done the T-Dive for years, and divers who have completed their certification dives the day of the event!
*If you do not have a buddy, we will find one for you the day of the dive.
* The dive is staffed by approx. 30 Smith Diving staff including: In water safety divers, Divemasters, In water observers, Beach helpers, Cooks, People to organize games for the kids, etc...
* The cost of the T-Dive is $30.00 if pre-registered, or $40.00 the day of the dive. The cost covers: T-shirts for all participants, Picnic lunch for all participants and families, and prizes awarded. Most years everyone who participates receives at least one prize.
* Some typical prizes include: Mask de-fogger, Mask, Fins, Dive Bag, Dry-box, Suit, B.C', Regulator, Tank, and lots more.
