We need your input.
I have several events lined up for Wednesday night fun dives, but I would really like to know what you guys would like to do for events. Any feedback would be great. We have done lift bags, frog-kicking, and next week we are playing with reels. Any sugestions?

How about a buoyancy fun dive... in my opinion it's one of the most important skills to master. Could make it fun by having an obstacle course somehow...

Just a thought.

How about going over search patterns, then breaking into teams and searching for something?

Well...I brought it up awhile back but maybe some discussion on low viz diving procedures would be an idea. I'm figuring with the silt kickin' derby's last week and the heavy rains yesterday that viz will probably be pretty low in areas.

You could have a "safety night" -- kind of a mini-rescue seminar. Everyone can benefit from a safety refresher and some people may become interested in taking the full rescue class -- a required course in my mind.

How about a kayak diving night. I wouldn't mind trying this just to see how well it works.

Now we're rolling, good suggestions guys. I will try to put all of these activities on the calendar. Also, for those of you who are not regulars on Wednesday, but would like to see some special event please let me know and we will try to make arrangements. We'd love to get everybody out there to improve their diving skills and have fun!!!! Please keep the suggestions comming. I try to gear the fun dives towards the things you want to learn and try.

Re:We need your input.
I have NEVER yet practiced air sharing with my new long hose setup, and its been forever since I left 20 ft for the surface in a controlled swimming ascent.
Practice some basics maybe?
How about diver tows - good for skill and fitness.
