How do you ciik your Crayfish
I was diving in the baptisim river this weekend and coulda filled a trashbag with crayfish, but I now idea how to process/cook them. I am sure some of you must know.

I've had 'em and this is how it was done...
Just boil the whole critter until it turns red, peel the meat outta the tail... Fred
