There's a hole in my drysuit!!

I tried the fill with air test.  I could not find a leak, it seemed to hold air.  The only problem I had was that the gallon jug I used to close the neck shot out.  Is it possible that all my water problems are because the neck seal is too big for my neck?!  When I have used the drysuit I end up being wet from about the bottom of my rib cage down,  can this be something as simple as a loose neck seal?
