Re:Monthly pool session
All -
This is the latest update as of 1/2/03, 6PM.
Place: Apple Valley Middle School, Apple Valley MN
County Rd 42 (aka 150th St) and Gardenview Ave.
School is just 1 block south of Co Rd 42
Time: Saturday, Jan 11, '03 from 9am to 1pm
Pool Info: 13 ft deep, very large pool, lifeguard on duty
Cost: $50/hr x 4 hrs=$200 split among all divers
More than 10 divers coming, so cost will be less
than $20/diver.
Sponsor: Scuba Daddy's (Bill Hilton)
13761 Nicollet Ave. S
Burnsville, MN 55337
952-892-1444
Pool permit/Arrangements by Tim Thomas, Instructor
Tim will have buoyancy hoops for use by the group
Tanks/Airfills: Scuba Dadddy's will have tanks at the pool for
those who let me know what they need.
$4/fill + $4/tank rental = $8/tank
Wear a 2 or 3 mil - pool gets chilly after a while

That's it for now - I'll get a list of confirmed divers out soon. Let me know if you need a tank and air - I'll pass on total to Scuba Daddy's and they willl be at pool. If you need a fill Scuba Daddy's is 10 min away from the pool.

Thanks,
Dan

Re:Monthly pool session
Wish I could be there but I work 7am to 3pm.
Are you going to leave it on the 2nd Saturday of the month?
I work those weekends, but am off the first weekends of Feb and March, if that would work out.

Re:Monthly pool session
Things are coming together for Sat, Jan 11, which is the SECOND Sat of the month. To shake it up a bit and to give those folks who have conflicts a shot, how about the next two pool sessions being Sat Feb 1 and then Sat Feb 22?
No plans yet - let's focus on Jan 11 - but keep the above dates in mind and we'll see if we can accomadate the most people.
Let's not even think pool in March - global warming will definitely bring open water by then Wink.
