25 is likely way more then you need.
I'm lean but I need 8 pounds in a full 5 mill and AL plate and AL tank. I forget how negative the plate is but it's probably no more then 2 pound. 12 to 16 is common.
Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.
