My goals:
-- Dive safe! -- Try to get in 8-10 dives a month. -- Hang out in the Bahamas in July -- Meet and dive with old friends and new friends from mnscuba/wiscuba

And gah...I just realized a funny feature of the "censored words" on the board. "Peathingy" is NOT supposed to be Peathingy.
Everyone spends the first nine months of their life in water - the lucky ones make frequent return visits.

OK...Lets see...
Get a bigger set of doubles (looking at a set of 85's) Get to my 500th dive this summer... Possibly look at going thru Instructor class...(not sure on this one) Get a canister light ... (Yea , I am breaking down and buying one) Continue to improve cavern skills (especially with the reel) See if I can hit 150 logged dives for the year!!!!! (gulp...) :o Jean P.S. I am sure I can think of more but ...

Last year was a year of training and buying tech gear. This year, I'm hoping to dive a lot (and maybe take a class or two, and you are never done buying gear). In 2005, I've already spent a couple weeks fun diving in the North Florida caves. I'm signed up to do some trips up at Isle Royale. I'm heading out to dive the Mesquite in Lake Superior, and taking an Advanced Wreck class there. I hope to be available most weekends to head out to Wazee, up to Superior, and Crosby (I now have a car that can take those Crosby roads....got rid of the Volvo, I needed a tailgate). I'd also like to go to the ocean. Last year I went on a couple of those Blackbeards Cruises, and had a blast. I might do that again, though I noticed I have a bunch of frequent flier miles and accrued vacation, so may I'll head back to Indonesia or something.  Â

Hi all,
1 make up for all i missed last year with the move. 2 Dive wazee more 3 dive Crosby more 4 get up north to Ore be Gone 5 get more serious with free diving 6 dry suit (got to find time to order it not much time left) 7 back plate/ wings 8 maybe adv.nitrox 9 Most importantly meet and dive with more board members Tim |
