This is the anchor that we found when  Were out spear fishing.  We were able to recover it using three lifts bags and two B.C.'s fully inflated. Johny wanted to keep it somewhat quiet, because he knew of the potential discovery.  One of the other guys however posted the pictures and story on Spearboard.  Johny ended up getting arrested by the Florida wildlife commission!  The main thing, they were concerned with of course was the GPS coordinates to where we found it.  He gave them GPS coordinates all right ;D ;D > >. We were going to go back to the area this winter with underwater metal detectors and run some search patterns........
